It is very important to us that our trainees feel comfortable with us from day one. That's why we held our annual Trainee Day on August 1, the start of the training program, where we welcomed three trainees and two dual students.

The day began with a round of introductions, giving our trainees the opportunity to get to know each other and their trainers. This was followed by a presentation of our company and a little paperwork. Our trainees were, of course, fully equipped for their start: they received their IT equipment, a personal welcome folder with the training plan, access to all relevant programs for their daily work, and some giveaways to ensure a successful start to their training.

After a leisurely breakfast, our new arrivals were given the opportunity to get to know our company and employees through an “office rally.” Finally, they were given a tour of our production facilities to get an impression of how we make our delicious Petrella.
