Team spirit, fun, and a bit of friendly competition were the focus of our trainee team event.
Together with our trainers, our trainees headed to Strike in Hamelin. There, they competed for the best throws on several lanes, cheered each other on, laughed, and, of course, celebrated the occasional strike. The social event after work created a great atmosphere and once again showed how well our team gets along outside of the daily work routine.
After the athletic portion, things took a more relaxed turn: a delicious snack buffet paired with a few drinks provided the perfect opportunity to wind down the evening together and catch up.
Experiences like these not only strengthen team spirit but are also just plain fun. We’re already looking forward to the next event!
